Here are the responses to your questions:

1. What roll Mr.Allen Cowe has in making decisions in management ?

Allen Cowie is included in all Board Meetings.

2. The LMR area is potentially a growth area. What is the margin in that business? Who is the manufacturer of the LMR( the land mobile radio) and how are you planning to compete with the big players like motorola and Relms?

The margin is 30%.  Several Asian manufacturers.  The largest two are Motorola and Vertex.  Our competition is primarily other Japanese and Chinese manufacturers i.e. Kenwood and Icom.

3.What is your plan on cutting cost without jeopradising the growth?

We have already cut costs and growth is still greater than 20% year over year.  Some cost cutting still coming most is complete and company is now profitable.
