1. The LMR business is through dealers typically not direct to the users. Our basic strategy is to rebuild dealer loyalty to our products and this can be done with the right marketing programs.

2. As stated before, our overall debt has been reduced and we expect to be repaid in full by year end. Profits are not only expected to continue in the second half but increase significantly.

3. We will involve them when it is appropriate to do so.
