I haven't been able to digest the details of the PR. I'm not through the the first cup of coffee yet and fireworks are still exploding in my head.

WLSA gave up 3.2 million shares because their board was not compose properly????? 3.2 MILLION! Didn't they KNOW they had to restructure the board as per the Barron Partners agreement? 3.2 million shares for THAT?

Help me out here.....Please. What am I missing?
