At face value, it looks like another great benefit to the people at Newlook.

Maybe I am not reading all the legal jargin correctly. How does this benefit us. And wasn't this a foregone conclussion in Jan. and Newlook knew the whole time that they would get more cheap shares?

Wouldn't having an independent board months ago been enough to stop part of this new dilution? ( and could have over seen the ceo's new salary contract, making shareholders more comfortable with proceedings)

Also , after the transaction, does that give Newlook controlling interest in the company. At less then $1 million out of pocket?
