Aces4....I had the exact same questions upon reading the PR. This deal does seem very sweet for Newlook.

The original Barron financing was/is terrible for WLSA shareholders. Not only did it border on usury; but we have nothing to show for it. It was supposed to finance Wireless Works and MMWave; both of which we don't have anymore.

Basically management diluted the company by almost 100% (when all is said and done)and we have nothing to show for it!!!!!!!!

I'm invested in this company and I'm POed.
