Newlook Agreement

The deal doesn't look that bad. Newlook was going to have 16777000 Shares anyway as Wlsa will not meet its earning numbers for 2007. So, the real deal is that Wlsa bought back 10,000,000 warrants at an eqivalent price of 9 cents per share.
