Twofin..... Please elaborate.  From the pr.....

* 16,771,600 restricted common shares in exchange for the 4,192,900
   Series A preferred shares,

* 6,666,667 restricted common shares in exchange for (i) the A
   Warrants to purchase 5,000,000 common shares; and (ii) the B
   Warrants to purchase 5,000,000 common shares,

* 3,200,000 restricted common shares in settlement of liquidated
   damages arising from the composition of Wireless Age's Board.

Adding up the above, I get well over 26 million shares. That's a lot of shares!  Also, Newlook already had common shares before todays announcement.  Barron Partners still holds quite a few as well.  Management basically gave up the company for a million dollars.

Now it seems like the 'empty shell' and 5 million dollars would have been a better option.

I hope I'm not seeing this correctly and this move is actually good for myself and other shareholders.
