I am one of the few who stuck with this company for a long time. I am one of the many who trusted Mr.Simmonds in the past. I have my own thoughts on this and I will be glad to see you all in investor village time to time. What I see now is 1. Mr.S is trying to create value for WLSA basically by clearing up the debts and show positive earnings. I will not trust it will happen until I see it. I will never buy any more shares until it happens. 2.IMO, I agree Mr.Simmonds is more interested in Newlook partners and majority its share holders(including himself). But still I think the best way he can bring respect to Newlook shareholders is creating value by WLSA growth(Newlook has a low margin no profit businesss of VOIP). 3. I agree he will transfer this business to someone and leave. He will sure gets his moneys worth(salary, perks, free shares, and other freebies)before he leaves. But that may be the norm in many corporations. We can't blame . After all he is a successful businessman.  The other side of the coin is how much he will help us to recover some of our tremendous loses. He did his fair share by saving the company. But, I am afraid to predict the future of WLSA.. So for all I see with my investment in this company is only disappointments and loss. I am willing to stick with it for sometime. But I will never buy any more shares in any of Mr.Simmonds companies until I see a clear change in his leadership and the pattern of doing business. I mean, the businesses  with no profits, lots of promises, irrresponsible corporate govenrness, under the table deals, unreliabile statements, lack of concern for the smaller investors etc etc.Best of luck to all.
