Future Plans and Other Questions for the Group

Shares and Path Forward

1. Does anyone know where the company stands with respect to the number of outstanding shares (including Newlook)?

2. Also, when JS talks about acquisitions, in what type of market is he looking into? I didn't have an opportunity to listen to the conference call yet. Are these acquisitions related to the current hand-set, phone-card, radio business in other cities, or some unrelated business?

Obviously as an investor, I am interested in getting $$$ back, whether in dividend (which JS said would not happen in the near future), sale of the company, or in expected future company value (earnings growth). If we are getting into new business, I would be concerned with a drag on earnings for prolonged periods of time. If it is to grow business beyond the two major cities where WLSA is currently a player, it would seem to fit in nicely with the current, but limited, growth strategy.

3. Finally, did JS speak to expected revenue growth for the 2nd half of 2007, and if there is growth expected, how would that happen with a "saturated" market in the existing cities..... beyond selling new equipment to existing customers.
