OK - AFTER the BP fiasco...

1) JS kept BP on the bioard (board members help guide the company)

2) JS said he would take no compensation - he took a salary - backdated!

3) JS has not explained why the investment was made in Newlook, not in WLSA stock (buy-back)...

Does eveything still seem "OK" to you? Maybe there is a good explanation for this.... I would like to hear it. I think any investor is entitled to an explanation. There has not been one (pardon if I have missed it).

If JS cannot offer an explanation... can you?
