Is there some benefit here that we're not seeing? Can someone chime in here and explain just who benefits from this?

It seems that the shareholders of Eiger benefit; as WLSA money flows to them. WLSA money also flows to Morningside Capital.

I don't have a problem with WLSA buying stock....but is this the time to do it? Cash is precious right now. And is NLI.V worth buying?

I would not be surprised to see a 3-way merger of WLSA, NewLook, and Eiger. Of course, insiders will benefit!
