Thoughts on a merger?

There is talk of a merger between WLSA and NewLook. On the InvestorsVillage board we are trying to figure out how this would impact the shareholders of WLSA.

Since NewLook has a controlling interest in WLSA, I'm assumig that NewLook shareholders will benefit at the expense of WLSA shareholders. However, NewLook owns just more than 50% of WLSA, so they wouldn't want to hurt the value of WLSA shares too much.

Just who wins in this merger?
