Dear Shareholder`s

The company is committed to its long term business plan. Its 4 core business units are doing very well as evidenced by the latest financial statements.

This company is producing a profit in a time when the wireless communications sector is down. As for Midland phones, when there is information to disseminate it will be done to the shareholder base.
