I like this board better than the CROW. I find too many subject sub groups and too time consuming. This board is much simpler to check out several times a day. Having said that, I am assuming we will cover all sectors here, not just gold or mining.

In that spirit may I suggest you look at a stock that I have done well with in the past and am back with now since it has been greatly beaten down both with the current market conditions and also the drop in potash.

Hanfeng Evergreen (HF) is a Toronto company operating in China, producing and selling time-release fertilizer and doing so VERY successfully. I bought @ $3.29 in Sept/06 and sold @ $13.10 in Nov/07. I've just bought in again @ $5.01 (tried to catch it @ $4.45 last week. Nothing has changed with the company as far as debt, margins etc. In fact it has bought another large distributor in China. It's an excellent company. The president and CEO was on BNN last week and very impressive. Unfortunately, I don't know how to post a link.

Suggest you do your own DD and hope this is a useful contribution to the board.
