I don't know anything about the company, but I notice Polaris Minerals has just announced a $26M issue of shares and warrants. When the warrants start trading separately, they might be an inexpensive way of getting exposure to the construction material upside with little downside risk.
From http://www.polarmin.com
"Polaris Minerals Corporation is exclusively focused on the development of two large, high quality construction aggregate quarries located on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. Polaris' principal target markets are the major coastal urban centers on the western seaboard of North America, where rapidly depleting local resources are causing local supply deficits, and where increasing road distribution costs enable imported aggregates to be increasingly competitive."
