Anglo Canadian Uranium Corp. (TSX-V: URA / Frankfurt: AU3) (the "Company") is pleased to announce it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement in the amount of Cdn $156,000. This financing will consist of 1,300,000 units at a price of $0.12 per unit, and will be a combination of flow through units and non-flow through units. Each flow through unit will also hold a half warrant to purchase an additional share at a price of $0.15 for a period of two years. The non-flow through units will hold a full warrant to purchase an additional share at a price of $0.15 for a period of two years. Proceeds from this financing will be used for further exploration of the Company's Poularies gold project in Quebec, and general working capital.

This financing is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. A finder's fee will be paid on this financing.
