If this is such a good deal I wonder why the sp is breaking lower than its earlier March low. It is often said the street votes with its money.

I must admit that I am a KNB owner and I can see why you guys should be smiling right now...Please allow me to make one suggestion...Have your board and management kick our management right out the door because I feel they have not come close to expectations.
