UPDATE - Acadian to get C$10 mln investment; shares up

For $10 million.

The above article says 3.38 bln shares, but that is just silly. The one below says "private placement of up to 338,111,334 common shares"

A bit less silly than 3 billion shares, but still a factor of 3 dilution.
