its BIG..AAT and the MOU update

Marketcents has a scoop on the state of the MOU, and some enlightenment on how big a deal this really is
How big is it Roy, you ask
I stretch my arms wide and grin…”BIG” is all you here.
So a slighty modified version of talk went like this
In Summation

· X had enclosed a list of patents and patent applications pending that we could include in our License Agreement. Of particular interest to us are the most recent two patent applications just submitted in August of this year. Those applications cover his recent discovery of what he calls the AB method of infrared gas sensing, which is a total departure from any previous technologies. This is the first type of infrared gas sensor that will not drift or require software correction, nor will it be sensitive to extreme temperatures as was the case with all previous NDIR sensors. As well, it will be an extremely low cost technology, so will enable large volume OEM sales that previously would have been unapproachable either because of cost, temperature sensitivity, or drift and calibration requirements.

· Our patent lawyer reviewed all X’s patents and patent applications and had a few questions that we will get answered from X’s patent attorney when he returns to his office on Monday. He and X are both away this week. Suffice it to say, that we have reviewed the technology in detail and are very confident that our exclusive license on X’s breakthrough discovery will be well protected.

· We have instructed our legal counsel at Watson Goepel Maledy to draw up a draft agreement that we hope to have ready for X to review early next week. Both X and AirTest are poised to immediately start developing products incorporating the new technology at the earliest possible time. We will establish a priority list of sensor development with the first ones aimed at some large OEM opportunities that have existed for some time and are well known to our Mike Schell, who has worked closely with X in the past.

Will keep you posted as we move towards execution of the agreement.

Tomorrow, stay tuned right here on marketcents as I unveil another new application resulting from a European cities recent enquiry.
