I think the overall sentiment is low because of (1) delay in the DIN and (2) fluff news releases.
In my opinion, it is far from factored in (the SP). The first significant NR like the branding should push as past the first major resistance at 1.13. Once this happens, an attempt at 1.57 will be made whether it makes it there or not.
