I am a concerned shareholder. I have a few questions that I would appreciate

getting answers to.

What the status of the private placement? It has been over a month and there

is no news on the closing.

The PP will close on Sept 3/09

Are there leads on a retail contracts (Wal-Mart, Shoppers Drug Mart,

Pharmaplus, Zellers Etc....) to get the products on the shelf before the flu

season ?

Since we announced our 2010 agreement we have been going full speed on

retail placement. (simple answer - yes)

Does Alda currently have enough production capacity to supply large

contracts ?

Absolutley - we have 3 manufacturers we work with.

Are there any marketing efforts in the works (TV / radio / magazines) ?

Once we have retail placement we will consider all of these - no point until

people have a place to buy it.

The current impressions are that the competitor products are just as good to

kill the virus, is there a plan to inform the general public of the myth and

hence promoting T36 product line ?

We have to be careful in this area however we will promote the H1N1 kill

time etc.
