* SETTLES ARBITRATION WITH MAVERIX METALS

* CO ANNOUNCES SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT SIGNED WITH MAVERIX METALS INC REGARDING DISPUTED ROYALTY PAYMENTS AT COMPANY'S FLORIDA CANYON MINE

* SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT REDUCES ROYALTY AMOUNT TO 3.0% FROM 3.25% TO MAVERIX METALS
