Excellent post edx. Risk needs to be discussed. Nice to see you injected some humour into an otherwise serious subject. Maybe we can even break it down into project risks and investment risks. I know they are related but also distinct. Investment risk can be share dilution / consolidation and project risk can be road construction, railway and labour related.
