100 % dilution would have been better than the lousy 50 cents we got. I always figured we'd end up with at least 550 million shares out , and that was best case scenario. 600 mil to 700 mil shares out is what I was ready to live with. Even with that amount of shares out, once we would have gotten some cashflow / earnings, it would still be MUCH better than this lousy 50 cents a share.
