I think people need to contact Peter Koven from the financial post to give him some further information so he can write a real story about this deal. He talks about his unidentified source stating that the Chinese were offering another deal. Who is the source and did he verify the information to be factual? Abasov seems not to have denied that another offer was put forth from the Chinese group. But should that not have been disclosed publicly to shareholders? I thought Abasov said, during the CC, no other offers were made. But Peter Koven says otherwise. This is a real head scratcher. Hopefully Koven is digging deeper but I doubt it, unless we all send some little nuggets of info his way , such as the much redacted recent SEDAR document and details on the Rodinia deal. Things like that may spark further journalistic investigation.
