I think it is a postive for them not having a Joint Venture partner at this point once the results are out they can get a better deal for a partner. I am sure everyone will move very quickly after results are out. If results are favourable (as expected) the stock price will double/triple for ATI very quickly because of the low float. I don't see QEC / JNX price move as quickly as the smaller Jrs in the Area because there is more risk with the smaller companies hence more risk more reward.
