ALTIUS REPORTS ON 2013 AGM RESULTS

All resolutions presented at Altius Minerals Corp.'s Sept. 19, 2013, annual and special meeting were approved by shareholders, including the re-election of directors John Baker, Brian Dalton, Fred Mifflin, Susan Sherk, Jamie Strauss and Don Warr. The detailed results of the proxies submitted for the vote on the election of directors are as displayed in the table. The final voting results on each of the other items of business and respective resolutions have been filed on SEDAR.
