The way a company does their financing will tell you something about them. In the past year Amarillo did two private placements that together brought in $4.7MM. The first of those was during the severe financial crisis in the fall of 2008. Remarkably, neither of these financings offered warrant coverage. The 7/31 financing was increased to accomodate investor demand.
