On the Stockhouse BB they are saying water permit issued on 4/8/11.

Spoke with Jim Bagwell and he says they have not received. Also said as soon as they are able they will start a drill program to find more resources. They have 17million in cash. Need 13million for start up of production. He hopes to have first gold pour in September. He says they also own 4.5 million shares of stock they received when the sold their other properties and stock is selling for north of $1.50.
