Investors always have to do their own due diligence and make their own decisions about investing in a company and buying more or holding for their investment goal.

But sharing opinions and due diligence can be  the advantage that lets us invest and buy before the market adjust to a new valuation for FUNN!

the market has discounted managements missteps, delays, failure to communicate, serious audit debacle etc AND it is hard to argue with that! We can point to the improvements and managements steps taken to improve financial disclosure and accounting procedures. new businesses acquired and KTU / Red Panda sales etc... These new developments are the important foundation work for future growth and success! 

the last PR about the US Expansion Team addition Rogen and the 10 new locations is a TRUE turning point! 

- no franchises, so not dependent on finished 2019 timely audit

- multiple / simultaneous build out of locations

- JV model 

- quick city picks with investor commitments from prior contacts / interests

Rogen has stepped up and taken charge. He will push these locations onto the map in a timely manner! City permits, liquor licenses, lease contracts, contractor interviews, job oversight, partnership agreements, architectural plans / layouts .... Rogen has the experience AND motivation to get this expansion REALLY rolling!

the initial market reaction to the Expansion PR from $0.03s to $0.06s shows that there are investors that understand and can SEE this turning point! 

WHY was FUNN NOT able to retain or stabilize at the higher market cap?? That's where the past is haunting investors / management/ company! 

Investors are simply demanding PROOF that this new expansion plan of 10 additional locations is NOT simply another PR that will go bust.... 

bottomline, the market is waiting for the first location announcement! That would be the 30% + day for FUNN share price without looking back going forward! 
Let's give Rogen the little time to get started and will it be Denver, Charlotte or Silicon Valley it doesn't matter! Once the market gets the "prove it" PR it's off to the races! 

Also a solid financial report by 2/15/2020 can build investor confidence but then again will the market demand and wait for audited numbers?

Either way, buying here in the $0.03s is buying the future rise of FUNN into much higher prices! Anybody with doubts pick up the phone and call Rogen or email him. He is highly qualified & motivated, he might just be the TRIGGER Amfil needed to start the Turning point which is coming!
