I'm hesitant to ask anyone their sense of timing with audit, spin-off, and up-list, but take a stab at it if you dare. There would be an understood "disclaimer". 

Is 5-10% of owned FUNN shares a reasonable % to expect for spin-off company?  

And is there really anything to be expected with return of the denied revenues due to the new classification rules with 2018 & 2019 audits?....again, not easy to assess anything "timing" with Amfil.
