Lew Lawrick
President and Chief Executive Officer
Lew Lawrick held the position of President of Colorado Minerals Inc. from its inception in October 2005 to its merger with Anaconda Corp. in April, 2007. Lew has held several positions in the private investment sector, most recently as Managing Director of Thorsden-Fordyce Merchant Capital Inc., a private Toronto-based merchant bank focused principally on the mineral industry. Lew has been an officer and/or director of several private and public mining and mineral exploration companies, including Volta Resources Inc., Franconia Minerals Corporation, Normabec Mining Resources Ltd., and Serengeti Resources Inc.
Dr. Albrecht Schneider
General Manager - Chile
hrough his own Santiago-based geological consulting firm (SBX Asesorias e Inversiones Ltda) Dr. Schneider has provided contract exploration management services in Chile for over 20 years. From 1993 -2001, he was Senior VP Exploration with TVX Gold. Since 2001 he has acted as a Chilean representative for TVX Normandy Americas, Newmont Mining, Kinross Gold, Goldfields, Antofogasta, and others. Currently Albrecht also serves as the General Manager, Chile for TSX-V listed Andina Minerals Inc. where he has overseen the discovery and delineation of the Volcan Gold project; one of the largest gold discoveries in Chile’s prolific Maricunga region within the last 20 years.
Allan Cramm (C.E.T)
General Manager
Allan Cramm is the General Manager of the Anaconda Mining Pine Cove Mine in Baie Verte, Newfoundland and Labrador. He is responsible for permitting, construction and production. Allan has been involved in various management and supervisory roles associated with mining for the past 25 years (both open pit and underground). He has a high regard for environmental protection with some associated projects having been recognized provincially and nationally for their attention to environmental stewardship.
Stephen Gledhill
Chief Financial Officer
Stephen Gledhill has over 20 years of financial experience. Since 1993, he has been the President of Keshill Consulting Associates Inc., a boutique management consulting practice specializing in the areas of financial management and control, information systems implementation and strategic management. From June 2002 to June 2004 Stephen was the Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Borealis Capital Corporation, a Toronto-based merchant bank. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Canadian Orebodies Inc., Uranium City Resources Inc., and San Anton Resource Corporation.
Christopher Eustace
Secretary
Christopher Eustace is a partner at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP, Toronto, Ontario where he has practised in the area of corporate and commercial law, securities and banking law since 1999. Christopher Eustace is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Law Society of Upper Canada, as well as the American Bar Association. He sits as an advisor/member on Advisory Committees of various Canadian organizations and he serves as a director on various boards of private Canadian companies.
