today fis announced a joint venture on patterson north with aaz......good for fission some one else is spending 12 mill......gives fission 4.5 mill in cash.....over a 5 year period.... inorder to earn 50%....if aaz finds anything they will own half...... fission will also own half and will get a 2% royaty
