Putting it simply, I have no idea whether or not the Samsung deal is a smart move but it'll take two to three years for Samsung to get up and running in Ontario, by which time I hope that Arise will have weathered the current economic storm and established itself as a long-term addition to Ontario's industry. I expect additional contracts similar to that just signed for Waterloo to be announced as the economy begins to pick up again.
