Mr. Whiteside is a senior partner with Miller Thomson LLP, one of Canada's leading law firms. From 1992 to 2007 he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the firm. Mr. Whiteside has substantive experience in all aspects of general commercial law, and consults regularly with clients who require input on day to day business decisions in addition to major transactions and business initiatives. Mr. Whiteside served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Miller Thomson Foundation from 1992-2009 and sits on numerous corporate and charity boards.
