WATERLOO, ON, Nov. 16, 2011 /CNW/ - ARISE Technologies Corporation ("ARISE" or "the Company") (TSX: APV and Frankfurt: A3T), today announced that its Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Judson Whiteside from the ARISE Board effective November 11, 2011.

Garry West, ARISE"s Board Chair stated "The Board appreciates the contributions Jud has made since joining the Board earlier this year and wishes him well in all his future endeavors".
