(TSX: ORA) announces that it in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 and in support of the Company's May 27, 2014 news release, it has filed a technical report entitled Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserve Estimates on the San Andres Mine in the Municipality of La Union, in the Department of Copan, Honduras (the "Technical Report") dated July 2, 2014.
