I like Safeharbour's numbers and thought I'd play with share conversions that I would like to see ..( my opinion only)

 AEM....1/2 to 3/4 of a share

NEM....3/4 to one full share

 GG...1 to 1 1/2 shares

 TCK..3/4 to one share

 ABX....1 1/2 to 2 shares ( because I hate Barrick and their attitude)

I think that RTZ, BPH, Anglo, FCX will only want to do JV's 

I have listed them as I like the other company.  

My feeling is that we ( ARU) are going to be so expensive that we are going to get shares instead of cash in a takeout of FDN and I would not be surprised if it happened before the end of the year....
