Question on Warrants

HI ; just a question ... I have some warrants from the first and second PP , and from memory, are set at about 1.10 and 1.20 ???? .. At any rate , if the stock price is still lower at the expiry dates , do companies typically extend the warrants or do they usually just expire ???
