it's holding pretty steady. one piece of info i see in my city is that the one store location does'nt seem to do much business. the other store usually has at least one car in the drive thru most of the time. interesting part is that (according to local tax records/commercial sales) the busy location is on a 5 year lease ( i believe this building was bought in partnership with baristas). The building is listed for sale on loopnet...the building would provide a nice short term profit as commercial property here is hot again but i'm curious why they would sell it if the plan is long term. not sure what the partnership connection is with the owner/baristas??
