From what I have been hearing, it ain't gona be 'till at least late April-May. Makes sense as the report from Snowden has, allegedly, yet to be delivered to the Co. after which they will look at it from a technical and legal perspective and then send it to the BCSC for review. Then if the BSCS requires further clarifications.....
