The TVG (Tagish Venture Group) is proud to ``Reiterate their prediction``
that BYV will reach above $ 2.10 on or before March 6, 2011

The response to the above has been so overwhelming with phone calls, emails etc;
that an explanation as to how that $ 2.10 was reached is now warranted.

Our numbers man, Gilbert 'GIL" Favor, looked at past history and did the numbers algorithm.

1) TVG (Previously the Tagish Trading Group) purchased Bayfield Ventures Resources when it was recommended as a BUY @ 0.14. TVG began heavy accumulation with an average price of $ 0.40,and disposed of the major part of their holdings @ 1.28 in November 2010 (See our Performance 1st.Quarter results).

Based on the net gain, Gil did some bean counting and added a ratio to the current price and came up with approximately $ 2.10. Translated, a 52.17 % increase on the previous 52 week high of $ 1.38.

Gil also suggests that an investment in BYV as your first stock, in your T.F.S.A. could make you $ 100K in less than 5 years.

2) We have heard the following rumblings:-

a) A 'Possible' new discovery in zone " C " and interesting perhaps some more great news on the second half of the Burns Block ?

b) Pending assay results from all those holes drilled in 2010 ?

c) Has Rainy River returned to the table for discussions with Bayfield ?

d) Deployment of all that financing now strategically planned ?
