TSXV's Belmont Resources Extends Terms For Kibby Lithium Project With CSE's MGX Minerals

12:41 PM EST, 03/04/2019 (MT Newswires) -- Belmont Resources (BEA.V) on Monday said it signed a letter of extension with MGX Minerals (CSE:XMG) to extend the earn-in agreement for the Kibby Lithium project in Nevada.

Belmont said the agreement has been extended to April 30. MGX currently has a 25% interest in the project and may boost that to 50% by spending $300,000 on exploration and assuming operatorship.

Belmont shares were last seen unchanged at $0.04 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
