koo,,,,,,,,,,,,I have no idea what MD has in mind or back pocket!,,,but $3 million dollars probably only gets you a tour of a prospective manufacturing plant ,,maybe,,,,if you couple up this low sized finacing with the near term objectives from Bioasis then I dont think you can come away with any other view than the major possibility a partner or other is very close by!!,,We are not getting on the Nasdaq or doing a major amount of lab work with $3MM,,,,,,,,,,$$$ will have to come from somewhere!!,,,thats an opinion based on previous activity from biotechs,,,,,,as far as what type of deal,,well that is out of my realm,,,,,there are most likely a host of ways to create win win situations with prospective clients.........we were told there are approx. 200 CNS drugs out there awaiting XB3.............jmo
