1) Faith in the company from actual investors
2) Something (s) is/are coming to Bioasis

I like it, and I prefer it from the 4.3M CAD dilution proposed earlier. I think something changed in the last month that gave management trust that a shorter financing option was possible. It feels like Resverlogix situation in May-June 2018 when they cancelled the financing and went with Third Eye. Bullish sign imo.
