Little bit of a sell off to open the month, but has since come back at this time. Announcement of a contract seems to have stoked the stock. Technicals beginning to swing up after their long downtrend. OBV indicates some accumulation going on. Might get an August run. But, at a quarter to a third of a penny, it could take an awful lot of shares to make some bucks. Seems like a lot of volume to kick off the month.
