Sheldon Inwentash, a serial entrepreneur, is chairman and chief executive officer of ThreeD Capital Inc., a Toronto-based venture capital firm specializing in investments in junior resources, technology and biotechnology.

Mr. Inwentash has more than 30 years of investing experience and has been instrumental in raising $15 billion for his portfolio companies over the last 15 years. He co-founded Visible Genetics, the first commercial pharmacogenomics company, in 1994 and exited in 2001 to Bayer. Through two decades leading Pinetree Capital, Mr. Inwentash created significant shareholder value through early investments in Queenston Mining (acquired by Osisko Mining Corp. for $550-million), Aurelian Resources (acquired by Kinross for $1.2-billion) and Gold Eagle Mines (acquired by Goldcorp for $1.5-billion) to name a few.

Sheldon obtained his B.Comm from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Accountant/Certified Professional Accountant. In 2007, he was an Ontario finalist for the Ernst & Young entrepreneur of the year award. In 2012, Sheldon received an honorary degree, doctor of laws (LL.D) from the University of Toronto for his valuable leadership as an entrepreneur, his philanthropy, and inspirational commitment to making a difference in the lives of children, youth and their families.

Michael has held top technical management positions at several companies including Director of Software Development at BSM Technologies Inc (TSE:GPS) and CEO of software consulting firm Exilion Technologies Inc. In recent years he was involved in producing software architecture and managing software development of several financial technology projects including algorithmic trading, risk management and cryptocurrency.

Mr. Shaule has extensive experience in both the private and public markets particularly focused in the resource sectors. Mr. Shaule is the former Senior Vice President, Head of Capital Markets and National Sales Manager at Northern Securities Inc., the former Chief Financial Officer of Dundee Securities Corporation, Northern Securities Inc. and Taurus Capital Markets Ltd. In addition, Mr. Shaule is the former Chief Trading Officer at Citigroup Global Markets Canada Inc. and former Director of Risk at Harris Brown & Partners Limited. Mr. Shaule is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Sciences (Mathematics) from Queen’s University.

Mr. Mirelli is the principal of Marrelli Support Services Inc., a firm that has delivers accounting and regulatory compliance services to listed companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX), TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V) and the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE), as well as non-listed companies. In addition, Carm is affiliated with DSA Corporate Services Inc., a firm providing corporate secretarial and regulatory filing services to the junior capital market in Canada.
Well-known within the Canadian junior mining industry, Carm takes a value- based approach to serving clients. Carm is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA, CGA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, a professional body that certifies corporate secretaries. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.
Carm also acts as the chief financial officer to a number of issuers on the TSX, TSX-V and CSE, as well as non-listed companies and as a director of select issuers.

He has been involved as principal in 30 listed companies and has served as a director and / or senior officer of over 35 listed companies.
Mr. Isaacs has won several business, and achievement awards, and he has chaired and participated in many international resource discussions and has been featured in various media in North America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
Mr. Isaacs is a graduate of the prestigious University of Western Ontario and has held numerous securities certifications and licenses. Since resigning his position with Augustine in October 2012, Mr. Isaacs has been active consulting domestically and internationally with resource and financing opportunities and remains active in seeking undervalued businesses for acquisition.
