Fact is, it is one of Ross Beaty's Companies (Lumina) that owns a 15 % interest in it. Do some research on Mr Beaty and you can't not be impressed with his track record, most recently a big win on Ventana Gold.

The Oct 4 news release would indicate BSK Management is not just sitting still.

Lumina Capital now owns 15% of the outstanding shares of Blue Sky Uranium. The proceeds from the warrant exercise ($1,000,000) will be used to explore and develop the Company's uranium property portfolio in Argentina and for general working capital requirements.
