The above covers a BNN interview with Rick Rule and what he draws upon in Risk Evaluations...of exploration ventures .

He states: 1 in 3000 are sucessful. He was commenting on OSK Mining. (a good one to take a shot at) 

Now, look at the Bold management team, a team that (according to Rick and his approach ) does have success as a management team. Look at their past discoveries... all very good ones.

So , this means to me that  this Bold team is worth the investment risk...
