12:43 PM EDT, 10/10/2018 (MT Newswires) -- BonTerra Resources (BTR.V) on Wednesday said it plans to double the capacity of its Urban-Barry gold mill in northern Ontario and expects to develop three gold deposits near the facility.

The company said it will double the mill's capacity, pushing it up to 2,400 tonnes of ore per day with the work complete next year. It did not disclose a cost for the project.

It also expects to develop the Barry, Moroy and Gladiator gold near the mill. Barry has permits in hand for initial mine development and the company will release a new resource estimate by year end, The company will also begin permitting for the Gladiator deposit, where it is also updating a resource estimate, while the Moroy deposit is still being explored.

BonTerra shares were last seen unchanged at $0.355 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
